3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed after product inspection.

It may take 7โ€“10 business days to complete the refund.

Refund will be issued via original payment method or mobile banking (if applicable).


5. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return shipping cost may apply depending on the case.
